Ok  i didint have time to enter a blod yesterday so im making uop for it on saturday night i went down to watch a fight and thers this kid named Lao from Thailand he moved here about 10 months ago now and he started boxing cause he use ot muy thai kickbox back in thailand and he started showing me moves on saturday he was showing me some it was kool

then yesterday i he showed me some after work the elbow knee pucnhes and kicks are kool

and now i wanna learn muy thai
